This is highest peak in the region and easy to climb. Proper acclimatization is a necessity. You must spent few days after arrival in Leh. Lungser Kangri is named after the River which drains into the Tsomoriri Lake in the Rupshu area. Number of days depends on weather conditions and personal condition - aclimatization.

Tour Route: 
Leh / Tsomoriri / Lungser Khangri / Tsomoriri / Leh

Day 01 : Leh to Tsomoriri (Peldo) 6-7 hrs.
After Breakfast drive to Tsomoriri along Indus River passing through Chumathang (Hot Spring), Mahey Bridge, Puga Sumdo. The first camp site is at the starting Lake called Peldo. You can drive and visit Korzok village (Nomadic Headquarter with a small monastery) Overnight in the Camp.

Day 02 : Peldo to Skyurchu 4-5 hrs.
Morning after breakfast walk to Skyurchu which is located near the Lake. Overnight in Camp.

Day 03 : Skyurchu to Base Camp 6 hrs
After Breakfast start for Base Camp with easy ascent. Overnight in Camp. 

Day 04 : Base Camp to High Camp (5700m) 4 Hrs.
Ascent with the help of porter to highcamp (5700m). Overnight in the Camp.

Day 05 : Base camp to Lungser Khangri Summit to Base camp.
Today we will climb summit of Lungser Khangri which technical in the starting and rest of the climbing is not very technical. After Climbing Walk down to 4500m. Overnight in Camp. 

Day 06 : Base Camp to Peldo to Leh.
After Breakfast walk back to Peldo and drive to Leh.
